Bottom Arm

We have developed this product from a Sample provided by our customer. Our Customer called it Bottom Arm. We have made the same through following processes. This product has a twist and band portion of plate. So we have made a drawing and then a development drawing. 1 - Basic Shape cutting by a Fiber Laser Cutting Machine 2 - Chamfering on all sharp edge corners on a Special Chamfering Machine. 3 - Some Process on VMC 4 - Hot Forming - Twisting by Black Smith. 5 - Banding on Special Purpose Banding Machine.
